Do you have questions about your order, payment, or delivery? Do you want to know how to order cannoli for business? Perhaps the answer is already among our Frequently Asked Questions. You can place your order quickly and easily via our webshop. You can assemble your own cannoli box and opt for luxury gift wrapping, possibly with a personalized card. Is your order complete? Then go to your shopping cart to check out. Choose the desired shipping method, fill in the address and billing details, and select the date on which we can send your order. You can pay directly via iDeal, Credit card, PayPal or Bancontact. As soon as the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

You can order our cannoli on weekdays until 3:00 PM, so we can dispatch your order on the same day.

At checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping date, how convenient!

Yes, you can change your order as long as it has not yet been made or shipped. Do you want to adjust something in your order? Please contact us as soon as possible and make sure you have your order number ready. We are happy to help you!

Our cannoli have a shelf life of over a month, thanks to the cream-based filling. To keep the shells crispy and the filling creamy, it's important to store the cannoli outside the refrigerator, at room temperature. With your order, you'll receive a flyer with clear storage instructions and the best-before date, so you know exactly how to best store the cannoli.

Of course, we hope for a 5-star review, but we'd prefer you to be 100% honest.

To review your order, you will automatically receive a message via the email address used to place the order. Follow the instructions in this message to share your experience and provide your feedback. This helps us to continuously improve our service.

Do you want to check the status of your delivery? Track your package via DHL Track & Trace. If your package has been in transit for more than four days after your chosen shipping day, please contact our customer service at klantenservice@cannolibox.nl or call 0180235148.

Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery day as we use shipping days. You therefore choose a day on which your package will be shipped.

In 97% of cases, your order will be delivered the next business day or on Saturday. You can choose the shipping date yourself when placing your order. Please note: this is the day we ship your package, not the day it will be delivered. As soon as your order leaves our cannoli factory, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to easily track your package.

Please note that the final delivery date is beyond our control. We therefore recommend that you keep an eye on the track & trace code for the most up-to-date delivery information.

In the package sent, you will not find an invoice or order confirmation; we only send the cannoli gift.
